“Zeke” was the first dog I ever showed in Conformation. His wins were won on his own merit and my skill was his biggest handicap. In spite of that, he took Best of Breed four times over top specials and judges told me he should be “specialed.” After a fast finish of his championship in 1999, off we went to the specials ring a few times in 2000. No judge explained that I shouldn’t be the one out specialing him. Zeke retired as a Group winning dog with many Group placements to his credit. He was ranked Sixth in the country in breed points in 2002 and retired in 2003 after half the year. Despite only being shown half the year he still finished 2003 ranked Eighth in breed points and had over 100 Best Of Breed wins when he retired. Zeke sleeps in bed most nights and is my best buddy. He finished his Companion Dog Obedience title in 2000 with several top scores and limited training. He is currently training for agility. Zeke is available at stud to approved girls.

CH Carleez Dr Zeuss
“Zeuss”

Zeuss was produced in Carleez first litter of puppies. I always wanted a black and tan boy and always said I’d name one Zeuss, after a Rottweiler I knew. In honor of his sire’s name, Zeuss himself is named after the famous children’s writer Theodor Seuss Geisel known fondly as Dr Seuss. “Zeuss” was shown completely from the Bred By Exhibitor class and finished his championship title quickly.
